Congratulations! You delivered the most precious thing for you and your family. Hopefully you have considered what you need to relieve not only the physical pain but also the emotional stress that comes next. But do not worry if you have not. I am going to share my list of postpartum essentials to help new moms put together their kit for bulldozing through this tough yet exciting time! :)

Delivering a human being is not an easy task. Whether you had a natural birth or had to undergo a Cesarean (C-section) delivery, the process is painful both during and for several days after the birth. It does take a toll on your body, no matter how strong and healthy you are. A mother's body goes through a significant change from carrying a baby inside her to give birth.
Even though the physical pain can be somewhat easily understood, there is a significant harmonal change that immediately follows the delivery. Some of the key female harmones such as estrogen will plunge while other harmones such as oxytocin will kick in sharply. Unobjectionably, this will alter a mother's emotional state considerably. Thus, it is imperative to focus on physical as well as psychological needs when one is putting together her postpartum kit.
Mother recovery
Aftermath of delivering a baby will leave every mother behind with a range of battle wounds. Although giving birth to her child is perhaps the sweetest battle of her entire life, it is nowhere close to a cakewalk. These wounds will include a few stitches and a loose belly.
